Not sure what kind of entertainment they have access to on the Boeing Starliner, but here are three shows we'd want by our sides if we were them.
NASA and Boeing have been taking their lumps lately, mostly because of the unfortunate situation with the astronauts aboard the Boeing Starliner. Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore took off for the International Space on June 5th. This trek was supposed to last a week, but a laundry list of technical issues has them stranded out there until February of next year. To make matters worse from a PR perspective, the aircraft they’ll be returning in is made by Boeing’s competitor, SpaceX.
They’re safe and have enough food, water, etc. Don’t worry. But do they have entertainment?! Do they have their go-to shows?! This is the hypothetical we’re tackling here today. If us Peanut Gallery writers were stranded in space for seven-ish months, what are the three TV shows we’d wants with us up there?
Here are our picks…
Josh’s Shows
The Sopranos
Breaking Bad
Spartacus
Steve’s Picks
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Matt's Shows
The Twilight Zone
Family Guy
Seinfeld
Sheehan’s Shows
The Last Kingdom
Dragon Ball Z
Friends
Would you pick any of these to binge through on the Boeing Starliner while you wait for Elon Musk to come save you? Do our picks suck? Let’s hear it.
